What changes in 2027 for time registration?
The Belgian federal government has announced general working-time registration from 2027; the law itself has not been voted yet. Employers will have to record their staff's working time reliably. With Cleaniro's day clock, every employee clocks their working day, with a log of every correction.
What's the difference between the day clock and the job clock?
The day clock records each employee's legal working day. The job clock records time per client or location, so you see how much time each job takes.
Can I bring over my existing Excel lists?
Yes. You import clients, employees and jobs with a template file you simply fill in.
Does Cleaniro track my cleaners with GPS?
No. Location is only checked at the moment of clocking in and out, never in between.
Can I export hours for my payroll?
Yes. With the Pro plan you export clocked hours as a CSV file that you open in Excel or pass on to your payroll provider. There is no direct connection with payroll providers yet.
What happens after the free trial?
