Spot conflicts before your cleaners do
Drag a job onto a cleaner who is already somewhere else at that time, or outside their working hours, and Cleaniro flags it straight away. You fix it while you plan, not when someone is standing in front of a locked door.
When a cleaner is absent through sickness or leave, Cleaniro can propose a replacement. You decide whether to accept that suggestion.
Getting the schedule to your team
A good schedule only helps if your team actually sees it. When you publish the schedule, your cleaners receive it in the app and by email. You can also set a rule to send it automatically, for example every Friday at 5 pm for the following week.
If you change something afterwards, you send only the updates. Your cleaners do not get a whole new rota because one job moved.

What your cleaners see in the app
The cleaners' app runs in the browser on their phone, at app.cleaniro.com, and can be added to the home screen. Nothing needs to be installed from an app store. A cleaner sees today's jobs and this week's, with the address and the tasks. They tick off checklist tasks, with a photo where you require one, and report a problem on site with a photo attached.
The app is available in English, Dutch, French and German, which helps when your team does not all speak the same language.
How much does it cost?
The Start plan costs from 149 euros per month excluding VAT, with 15 cleaners included and 7 euros for each extra active cleaner, up to a maximum of 40 cleaners and 3 admins. It covers scheduling, time recording, the cleaners' app and checklists.

Can I bring my existing schedule over from Excel?
You can import your clients, locations and jobs from Excel. You then set up the recurring jobs and put them into the schedule in one action for the period you choose.
Do my cleaners need to install an app?
No. The app runs in the browser on their phone at app.cleaniro.com. They can add it to their home screen so it works like a regular app.
What happens when a cleaner calls in sick?
Cleaniro can propose a replacement for their jobs, and you decide whether to accept it. After the change you send only the updates to the cleaners involved.
Can the schedule be sent out automatically?
